I’m enrolled in the Empty Mountain School of Medical Qigong (taught by Wendy Lang).

I also host a Meetup in Oakland twice a month. We do the Taoist Five QiGong form and other
elements of the Medical QiGong I am practicing. I also mix in a little NLP and Hypnosis to
